Internet Explorer 9 & 10 Service Ending

In December 2017, FileBound will no longer provide support for issues that are specific to Internet Explorer 9 and 10. JIDS users may still be able to access JIDS in these browsers but may experience some functionality issues.

Instead of providing a fix for browser-specific issues, the recommendation is to upgrade your browser to Internet Explorer 11. 

Please note that Microsoft ended support of IE 9 and 10 in 2016.
