The Case Status for any file with a Return workflow does not automatically change to “closed” when you click the “Juvenile Received” orange flower icon to complete the workflow.
Users must manually change the Case Status field to “closed” on the juvenile’s File Details page. Enter the date you made this change and save the file by clicking on the disc “Save” icon:
You can run a search to determine if any of your state’s active Return files need to be closed. If the Case Status is listed as “Active” and the return is completed, simply follow the above instructions.
