I am trying to complete a Transfer workflow but clicking the Juvenile Transfer Complete button does nothing. Why can't I complete this workflow?

The receiving state is unable to complete the Request for Transfer of Supervision (or Expedited Parole or Sex Offender) workflow unless there is a date provided in the "Maximum Parole/Probation Expiration Date" field on the juvenile's File Details page.


The Quarterly Progress Report monitor references the date provided in the "Maximum Parole/Probation Expiration Date" field, which is why the Transfer cannot be completed unless such a date is provided.

NOTE: Clicking Juvenile Transfer Complete on a Transfer workflow without this date on the File Details page will return the workflow to the current workflow step and you will receive another email notification.
