Enter your username in the username box on the login screen and click the “Help! I forgot my Password” link. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you do not receive the password reset email, even though you did receive the message indicated below, check your Spam or Junk folder, or check with your email administrator. The email is most likely caught in a quarantine folder. If you cannot locate the email, please submit a helpdesk ticket by emailing email@example.com to request a password reset.
