Forms not opening in web viewer - 10/28/2016

During the month of October 2016, several users reported that forms would not display in the web viewer, they would only see a blank gray or black screen where the form should appear.  After investigation by state IT departments, an Adobe Reader update was found to be the cause. Here is a proposed solution:



  1. Removed the Smart Screen filter from Internet Explorer,
  2. Reset Group Policy Update, and
  3. Try resetting your master browser.
