Files Without Workflow Report
Report published 11/14/2016
The Files Without Workflow Report provides details for JIDS files without any workflow. Files included on the report may or may not have a form or document present. The date range comes from the "Date File Entered" field on a juvenile's File Details page.
States can run the report as the Sending or Receiving state to identify files that require investigation, action, or deletion.
The national office will use this report as part of the 2017 Performance Measurement Assessment. States will receive a copy of their report, noting which files will be deleted if no workflow occurs by a specific date. Files remaining on the report after that date will be automatically deleted from JIDS. States can run this report in preparation for the assessment.
To access Custom Reports, select JIDS Custom Reports under the Reports side menu:
JIDS Custom Reports will open in a new window. Scroll down and select the Files Without Workflow report:
Note, running the report where your state is the Receiving State (where your state is the Holding State) is most useful to determine if a user in your state entered a Voluntary Return file into JIDS.
