Update: This issue was resolved on January 29, 2018.
Since January 11, 2018 users have reported receiving errors similar to the ones listed below:
In addition, some users have reported issues uploading and viewing documents, getting kicked-out of the system, and getting locked out when attempting to login even when using the correct password.
All issues have been reported to the vendor and are currently under investigation. Please report errors and issues directly to the JIDS Helpdesk by emailing email@example.com
Please include as much information as possible including specific errors received (copy directly from JIDS or send a screen shot) and what action you were doing in the system at the time, etc.
