3/5/2018: An issue has been reported that data in the comment boxes of the Communication Request and Home Evaluation forms may be unreadable after subsequent saves to the form. When a user inputs a hard return (hits enter), subsequent saves of the form add spaces in between the hard return and the text so that the text moves down on the form, sometimes to the point where you cannot see the information.

This issue has been reported to the vendor for correction. Fix date TBD
Temporary fix: Copy the data from the affected comment boxes (put your mouse in the box and select "Ctrl + C" on your keyboard) and paste the text into Notepad. Then you can delete the spaces and copy/paste the text back onto the form.
To prevent, don't use hard returns in text boxes.
