 Remove Juvenile Profiles without Cases


Only juveniles who are subject to the Compact and its Rules should be contained in UNITY, see ICJ Article III(K) 

The video along with the below image shows you how to review and properly remove a juvenile profile when there are no cases attached to the juvenile profile. 

Quick Tip:     Juvenile Profile Number Naming Convention:  DB210609-01

           DB = First Name Initial & Last Name Initial

          210609  =  Profile created  Year: 2021    Month: 06    Day: 09

 Process Steps

  • Use the "Juvenile Search Criteria" with your state in the "State" data field.
  • Select the "Search" button
  • Review & Delete all juvenile profiles that contain the "Red Trash"    icon.

 

 


 Close out Inactive Travel Permit Cases


Travel Permits shall not exceed ninety (90) calendar days, see Rule 8-101 (3).  

The below list highlights active, but overdue Travel Permit cases that need to be either Closed, Withdrawn, or Deleted for reasons indicated.   In most cases, simply clicking the “Thumbs Up” icon will accomplish the task. In other cases, the Sending State Event “Withdraw Travel Case” or “Delete Travel Case” is required.

 

 

-1-  In the below screenshot:  The Travel Permit was due on 11/27/22 and is now 433 days overdue the proper closing date.

To Close:  The Sending Stateneeds to clickon the Green Thumbs Up   icon to close the case. 

 

 

-2-  In the below screenshot:  Travel permit has never been "Acknowledged" by the "Receiving State" and the Travel Permit is 295 Days Overdue based on the "Completed Date" in the task line "Submit Travel Permit to Receiving State"

 

To Close:   The "Sending State"  needs to contact the "Receiving State" ICJO and instruct the "Receiving State" to "Acknowledge and Accept" by "Clicking" on the "Green Thumbs Up"   to trigger the required "Sending State" task to "Close Travel Case".

 

 

-3-  In the below screenshot:  The Travel Permit has never been properly submitted up to the Sending State ICJO ( JPO > JPS > ICJO)  and is now 242 days overdue.

To Close:   The Sending State  needs to trigger the event – “Delete Travel Case" to properly close and remove the Travel Permit. 

 

-4-   In the below screenshot:  The Travel permit has never been properly started and submitted up to the Sending State ICJO(JPO > JPS > ICJO) and is now 202 days overdue

To Close:   The Sending State needs to trigger the event “Delete Travel Case" to properly close and remove the Travel Permit.
