ICJO users can reactivate a deactivated account.
- Navigate to the User screen under Administration menu item.
- Select "Deactivated" from the Status filter.
- Enter user information to narrow down the search results. Examples include: first and/or last name, email address, and user role.
- Locate the user account in the search results and click the blue recycle icon to reactivate the account.
- Select OK on the confirmation screen.
- The account is now active again. You may need to reset the user's password if they do not remember it.
