ICJO users can reactivate a deactivated account. 

  1. Navigate to the User screen under Administration menu item.

  2. Select "Deactivated" from the Status filter.
  3. Enter user information to narrow down the search results. Examples include: first and/or last name, email address, and user role.
  4. Locate the user account in the search results and click the blue recycle icon to reactivate the account.Image_1.jpg
  5. Select OK on the confirmation screen.image_2.jpg
  6. The account is now active again. You may need to reset the user's password if they do not remember it.
