Steps
- Type your Communication Message, then Select the "Save" Icon
- In the list presented, select the individual or individuals that you want the message to go to. Please note, at the bottom of the list, you can select the "ICJOs" collectively. Then select "Create Message"
- The Case Log File, for the ICJO Role, will document the date & time, who it was sent to, and the message sent.
