Objective:  The new tool allows the ICJO or the JPS to reassign  "Case Tasks" using custom filters to isolate the current assigned user and then reassign to new UNITY user.

    • ICJOs can reassign across Zones or within Zones
    • JPSs can only reassign within their Zone
    • To "Deactivate" a UNITY User, all assigned task must be reassigned before the UNITY user can be deactivated.

ICJO Case Reassignment Tool


 

ICJOs can reassign Users and Tasks across Zones or within Zones 

ICJOs have three filter functions to filter to isolate the "Current Assigned User" 

    • Case Type
    • User Zone
    • Assigned User

When cases are reassigned to "New Assignee" well get an email (providing their email notification is toggled on) with all the pertinent details of the newly assigned case.  See below example

 JPS Case Reassignment Tool


 

JPSs can reassign Users and Tasks only within their JPS management Zone.

JPSs have two filter functions to filter to isolate the "Current Assigned User" 

    • Case Type
    • Assigned User

When cases are reassigned to "New Assignee" well get an email (providing their email notification is toggled on) with all the pertinent details of the newly assigned case.  See below example

 Deactivating UNITY Users with New Case Reassignment Tool


 

The new "Case Reassignments" Tool now integrates with the UNITY User deactivation process.   A UNITY User can now only be "Deactivated" if they do not have any "Case Tasks" assigned to them.   If a UNITY User has assigned "Case Tasks" those "Case Tasks" must be reassigned to another user before they can be "Deactivated".

Click "Yes" and the "Case Reassignment" Tool is loaded with the UNITY User task to reassign
